Upon reservations of rooms, a credit card must be on file (link will be posted soon).  Cancellations without penalty is ten(10) days before the event.  

 

Registration fees are as follows (per person):  

$155.00  Early Bird Registration.  Early Bird Registration is now until February 2, 2018.

$180.00  Seasonal Registration.  Seasonal Registration is February 3, 2018 until June 2, 2018. 

​

$200.00  Late Registration.  Late Registration is June 3, 2018 until July 10, 2018. 

 

Registration includes the following:  Admission to meet-and-greet and banquet, grab bags, t-shirt, conference badge.

  

No children under age 16 at official conference events!! 

 

Refund Policy:  Personnel can receive 50% of their money back before 60 days, unless military related (i.e. deployments, WIAS Taskers, anything requiring you to be out of the country or not being able to attend conference).  If military related, you will receive a full refund.
